Nice corridors with some interesting detail that can depict days gone by. If it was a spectacular historical monument of some kind it's unlikely we'd even have the opportunity to be here as tenants, artists, sculpters, photographers etc.
The fact that this is theroetically an 'outdated' building for it's past uses' is, as in many other places convenient to those of us who would have an interest in being in a place like this.
These pictures are just a few details found around the building.
For an artist they can offer 'casual' atmosphere that doesnt confilct with their views or intrude into their theme etc.
It's a pretty big building but very 'informal' as buildings go.
It has no 'political' leaning or implication, no pressure to conform to any particular philosophy or belief's. It has no social pressure to push one in 'any' direction.
It is that 'neutral' environment that offers shelter from the ambiant stimulus that an artist might find elsewhere.
